To meet Amazon’s objectives, we established a comprehensive Retail Support Helpdesk dedicated to managing maintenance tickets related to in-store displays. This system allowed store staff to report any issues, which were promptly addressed by our team, ensuring displays remained fully functional and aligned with brand standards.
Our solutions included responding swiftly to tickets raised by field representatives and retailer teams, tackling problems as they arose to minimise any potential disruption in the retail environment. Additionally, we conducted regular Maintenance Tours to proactively resolve common issues before they could impact operations.
We also took on the responsibility of Inventory Management, Procurement, and Fulfilment of POS materials, fixtures, and products. This service ensured that maintenance visits and ad-hoc projects were supported by the necessary resources, enabling efficient and timely resolutions.
