The Objective
After establishing itself as a benchmark in the running world and an icon of technological innovation, HOKA aimed to expand its retail footprint.
The objective was to design, produce, and install HOKA’s first-ever UK Shop-in-Shop concept. 100% Group was entrusted with this mission, aligning our solutions to support HOKA’s brand vision and strategic goals.
The Solution
HOKA provided concept renders, and we collaborated closely with their marketing team and the retailer to refine the design, adhering to the brand playbook. Our team conducted a thorough survey of the store to create precise CAD drawings, enabling the development of bespoke elements tailored to this location and forming a scalable blueprint for future installations.
The striking blue cladding made a bold statement within the retail space, while integrated screens displayed captivating brand assets, adding dynamic movement.
100% Group managed the entire production and installation process, offering real-time reporting to ensure seamless execution.
The footwear display served as the focal point, with the Mont Blanc header—debuted for the first time in any store—highlighting HOKA’s origins.
Mirrors incorporated into a seating bench increased customer dwell time, and custom made asphalt and trail design elements created a tangible connection between the product categories and their environments.
Illuminated hanging headers and back walls, advanced pieces of furniture manufactured with precision, were carefully installed to enhance the overall aesthetic.
