
The UK’s Number 1 skincare brand relaunched their look and feel across all stores in their UK estate in Autum 2021. The main objective was to update No7 fixtures positioned in the mass skincare section of Boots stores across the country. The new POS was designed to be informative, impactful and to improve the overall customer experience using skilled teams and expert project management to deliver the campaign right first time.
With our vast experience and fully trained field teams, we were best placed to support the Boots No.7 team with this important UK launch. We formulated an internal project team with account & project management, snagging and administration. A key program manager was assigned to oversee the project team with specialist skills in the health and beauty sector. During installations the project team monitored performance with online reporting, every visit was checked to ensure quality standards were achieved and daily reports sent to the client to up-date them on project the status.
